the reception staff were super friendly and helpful, and it was nice seeing tracey who was very cute (she always remembers my name!). on thursday, i had a delicious meal in the restaurant, izzy and chris provided great service. on friday, i tried the new outside bbq area, where darren and tom cooked a fantastic meal. melissa cooked a seabass meal for my wife and i had the pri pri chicken, it was lovely watching her plate up as you could see she was a perfectionist.
the carpet made a weird crunchy sound when walking on it.

the executive room was clean, and included a separate shower and large bath tub. fluffy towels were also provided. the comfortable room had sufficient space. i loved it!

the hotel features a spa with a swimming pool. the social areas had been refurbished and were so much better. it was lovely to spend time in the swimming pool, i highly recommend it.

The check-in was quick. My room had a big bed and it was comfortable. I found the sauna and steam room in the spa area to be in good order. I also noticed ample parking. The TV included Sky Sports. Breakfast offered quality produce. the chef cooked eggs to order when asked.

The location provides a pastoral setting. I think it is good seeking quiet. The grounds have lots of parking spaces. This reduces stress on arrival and departure.

Breakfast included good ingredients and a chef ready to cook eggs as requested. Portions were a good size for all the courses. The breakfast buffet featured fresh products like fruit, cereals, yogurt, as well as pastries.
